When creating your SmartBenefits® Passenger Allocation account, please follow the SmarTrip® serial number format examples below [in the brackets without the spaces] to identify your nine digit or 20 digit serial number.

Your SmarTrip® card must meet the following criteria before you can establish a Passenger Allocation account:
  1. Card must be registered. If not registered, please go to Register your card online
  2. Your employer must have your card enrolled in the SmartBenefits® program
  3. Your card is not currently registered in the SmartBenefits® Passenger Allocation system
